Online Store Returns Policy
IMPORTANT: Worried that an item won't fit or look right? Don't worry, If your item purchased on is not the right fit, you are entitled to refund within 30 days of receiving, should it meet the below requirements:

- Proof of purchase provided
- Items must have all tags and packaging attached.
-Items must not be worn, altered or washed.
-Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer.
    If you intend to return an item, please complete our RETURNS FORM with all the details filled out.

    Postage of Refund
    HAMI does not accept responsibility for customer return packages. It is advised that when returning or exchanging our products, customers should select a service that provides tracking.

    Return shipping is not paid by HAMI. 
    PLEASE NOTE: Duty, tax and/or delivery costs incurred on a refund order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be refunded unless deemed faulty by a HAMI representative.

    Online Purchase Refund Payments
    Refunds for online orders will be processed in the method as the original payment within 5 business days of HAMI receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
