DELIVERY
This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing from HAMI. All rates are in NZD. HAMI reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery and Returns Policy. NZ Delivery Timeframes
All goods purchased on hami.co.nz will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the order email address; and be delivered within 1-3 working days. Please note, rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames. Public holidays can also impact delivery timeframes and cause delays. Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.

Delivery Address
Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours as our couriers require a signature upon receipt. Should no one be present at delivery to sign for your parcel, a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office or freight depot. Once an order has been dispatched, HAMI is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcels. 

*We do not deliver to P.O Boxes so please provide an alternative address.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Postage Charges
International orders will incur a $25.00 NZD delivery fee.

Customs and Delivery Locations
HAMI ships to most* destinations outside of New Zealand via DHL. Postage charges refers to the cost of the delivery with DHL, HAMI does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
 
HAMI recommends international customers to contact their local Customs Office in regard to any potential duty you may be liable for. By confirming a purchase you are accepting responsibility for all customs charges incurred as HAMI will not refund customers who incur any such charges.

PLEASE NOTE: To comply with New Zealand export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or customs processing. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.

Should no one be present at delivery to sign for your parcel, a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office or freight depot. Once an order has been dispatched, HAMI is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel.
